PHG builds and executes concepts across 2 star – 4 star hotels that adhere and comply to brand standards but differentiate to meet different guest mix and demand drivers. These are 3 meal period restaurants that operate 365 days a year from a minimum of 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily. These dining programs are essential to the brand ethos and guest experience. These dining outlets provide full service hotels [25%] increase in ADR
(“Average Daily Rate”) and is the biggest bucket of guest spend on-property outside of the room-booking itself.

Opened his first restaurant in New York City at the age of 19, located inside a big box hotel. Since 2016,
He’s operated an on-demand platform for hotel room service that leases restaurants inside of hotels and transforms the back-of house into delivery hubs that provide room service to nearby hotels . At its peak, Tim operated scalable commissary kitchens in over 60,000 rooms nationwide and have raised over $65 million of venture capital .
Mo Zhou

Mo started his first company at the age of 25 as the cofounder of Choosy - a consumer AI startup backed by Coatue ,
NEA, and Forerunner - which was acquired by Verishop in April 2020. Then, he joined as a full time Partner at Innovation Global Capital, an early-stage VC fund specializing in the Consumer, Fintech, and B2B SaaS verticals. Afterwards, he joined Tim at Butler and scaled the business to 60,000 nationwide. He started his career in investment banking at Rothschild and Citi, where he worked on $9bn+ of transactions across the Consumer, Power, and Agriculture sectors.
